Jenny Kirkbride is the Director of Product Development for the National Foreign Language Center. In this role, Ms. Kirkbride is responsible for oversight management of timelines, budget, quality and work on all product development contracts. She also generates or oversees generation of proposals, quotes and budgets for all product development work.

Ms. Kirkbride has served in several different roles since joining the Center in 2006 to include Coordinator, Project Manager, and Director of the Project Management Office. Before working for the Center, Ms. Kirkbride was a teacher in a bilingual school in Honduras and was Project Coordinator for the National Audubon Society’s (NAS) Patterson Park Initiative. Ms. Kirkbride was the senior staff member for NAS’s Patterson Park Initiative. Her work there included managing the workflow and timelines for the creation and implementation of new experiential education curriculum modules aligned with schedule and curriculum requirements.

Ms. Kirkbride earned a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from Oakland University and a Master of Arts in in Measurement, Statistics, and Evaluation from the University of Maryland. She is also certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional.
