Lectia for Android released. Languages added.

An Android version of Lectia is released in the Google Play store. Additional languages are added for a total of 19 including Arabic, Bosnian, Burmese, Chinese, Croatian, Dari, French, German, Greek, Indonesian, Korean, Pashto, Persian, Portuguese, Russian, Serbian, Spanish, Thai, and Vietnamese.
